Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($79.99). The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase ($199).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or in App Store account settings on Mac.
